Compensation: $100,000 base plus $100,000 bonus, stock options, stock dividends

 Reporting to the President, Bill will be responsible for Business Development in New Accounts, and supervision of the current sales force. He will also serve as a member of the Executive Committee. He's excited about the prospects:
